through the various recruitment campaigns undertaken by the
Group. The portal also provides vital tips and advice to graduates
seeking to enter the legal profession on how to prepare a winning
application and ensure that their supporting documentation, CV’s
and cover letters are in order.

Due to the success of the graduate portal and the increasing
drawing power of the Group, a large database of interested
graduates is annually available for member firms to consider for
vacation programmes and articles, correlating directly to the growing
percentage of black and female candidate attorney appointments
in the Group.
